A team of well-trained and dedicated professionals, having vast experience in their respective fields, manages the Company. A service-oriented company deals with the matters relating to IPR, including registration of copyrights/trade marks/patents, investigative activities into industrial espionage/sabotage, anti piracy/counterfeits, corporate investigations, organizing police assisted raids under criminal laws against pirates and consultancy for protection of IPR. Having two main divisions; Operational & Legal, the company handles all IPR cases from collecting evidence of offences through investigations, enforcement of law of land to registration of criminal cases and pursuing the cases in courts, all over the country. Retired senior government officer having vast experience in security, intelligence and law enforcement heads the management. The Operational Division consists of trained and motivated investigators having ample experience in carrying out corporate investigations, locating pirates, detecting the counterfeits, organizing the anti piracy raids. Similarly, a well-trained and thorough professional penal of lawyers, is handling all IPR related criminal or civil cases, in Legal Division. The regional offices are located at Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. Royal has played a major role through vigorous lobbying with government functionaries, to get the laws related to IPR amended, so that these could become more potent. It is a matter of honour for us to say that most of proposals put forward by us have been incorporated in the law through various amendments. However, there is still a room for improvement. Royal is also honoured to create awareness through frequent seminars, workshops and print media, among government functionaries, law enforcement agencies and general public regarding importance of eliminating culture of piracy and counterfeit.
